ESCANABA, MI – Lamar Grayson (SO, Richfield, MN) has been named MCCAA Northern Conference Player of the Week for his performance in the week of January 16 through January 22.

Grayson helped lead the Norse to two MCCAA Conference wins.  On Wednesday he scored 26 points and had four rebounds and three assists in a 98-62 win over North Central Michigan College.  On Saturday the Norse won a 90-56 decision over Muskegon Community College.

Grayson scored 17 points and grabbed one rebound, 1 assist, and 1 steal.

For the week Lamar scored 43 points, collected five rebounds, four assists, and one steal.

This is the second time the Northern Conference Player of the Week has been awarded to a Bay College Men's Basketball Player and the first time for Grayson.
