The Gladstone Indians won the Upper Peninsula American Legion baseball Zone championship on Sunday after heavy rains rolled into Menominee. Gladstone was leading a depleted Escanaba Cubs team, 15-0, in the second inning at the time. The Indians won the Zone Five trophy because they were the only undefeated team left.
