He was the Dragons' top scorer there are a rookie, with 25 goals and 28 assists for 53 points, in 59 games played. Wunder played three seasons for the Eskymos, leading the program to its first-ever regional championship and first-ever appearance in the MHSAA Final Four in 2014-15. Wunder scored 46 goals and 46 assists for 92 points in his senior high school season. “I’m very pleased with the way things went,” Lone Star Brahmas Assistant Coach Jeff Potter said following the conclusion of the draft. “Normally there’s at least one hiccup along the way but I believe things went well today.” When his junior career is over, Wunder has committed to play college hockey at the University of Albama-Huntsville, an NCAA-I program. |
