Shorthanded Gladstone JV Braves Fall To Flivvers
![]() GLADSTONE---The Kingsford Flivvers scored 34 points in the first half and rolled to a 48-7 win over the Gladstone Braves Thursday night in junior varsity football. T.J. Vanderlinden scored Gladstone's only touchdown in the second half. Gladstone was playing shorthanded, as Hunter Garling, Kyle Pouliot, and Matt Chenier were all brought up to the varsity team. And Cody Damitz sat out with an injury. Luke Sturdy had Gladstone's defensive highlight with a second quarter interception. Gladstone (0-8) closes its JV season next Friday afternoon in Calumet.
