Pearson Dominates As Rockets Pound Posen, 64-26
 RAPID RIVER---The Rapid River Rockets fell behind early, but gradually wore down the Posen Vikings, 64-26, in a Bridge Alliance football game Thursday in Rapid River.  Pearson also threw a 17-yard touchdown pass to Josh Parrett in the second quarter, and completed all four of his passes for a total of 36 yards. Luke Bero rushed 11 times for 65 yards and scored a touchdown for the Rockets. Rapid River broke a 14-14 tie in the second quarter with 32 unanswered points to lead heading into halftime, 46-14. The second half was played on cruise control. Rapid River improved to 2-0 on the season, while Posen fell to 0-2.
