GLADSTONE---The Gladstone Braves girls volleyball team picked up an emotional victory Thursday night against the rival Escanaba Eskymos, 3-0, at the Gladstone High School Gym.
The Braves won on a night when they (and the Eskymos) raised money for a local family.
Thursday's scores were 25-17, 25-19, and 25-21, the first win for Gladstone over its cross-bay rivals in years.
