These events are all set for Sunday:
The slate of events kicks off at 12:30 p.m. with a Blue Line Club Luncheon in the Wildcat Room.
Fans will have the chance to interact with the team and alumni Dallas Drake and Doug Garrow.
Don Waddell, a former Wildcat who is now the general manager of the Caroline Hurricanes, will talk via video conference about his career in hockey management.
The cost is $15 for adults and $10 for Blue Line Club members and children.
From 1:30 to 3:30 p.m., the Berry Events Center will host a Hockeyville Open Skate. Helmets are required to participate.
At 3 p.m., a Hockeyville Fun Fair will kick off at the Superior Dome. That events ends at 6 p.m., giving fans plenty of time to get over to the Berry Events Center for the hockey team's season-opening exhibition game.
To cap the day's schedule of events, the Wildcats take on the University of Victoria at 7:07 p.m. Tickets cost only $5.
The game itself is set for 7:00 Tuesday night. It will be broadcast live on WGLQ-FM (Magic 97.1), and WUPT-FM (100.3 The Point).
