Dylan Gauthier scored three touchdowns, and quarterback Nick Bink threw for a score and ran for another. Gladstone fell to 0-7 on the season.

The game got off to a good start for Escanaba when Nick Beacotte stepped in front of a Braves pass and made the interception.
It was a 30-yard "pick six" for the Eskymos, and after Hunter Viau's two-point conversion, Escanaba had an 8-0 lead.
After a Braves punt, the Eskymos took over at their own 25 and drove 75 yards for another touchdown, scored by quarterback Nick Bink from one yard out.
That was set up by two runs by Viau of 44 and 13 yards, and a run by Bink of 20 yards.
The next two Gladstone possessions ended in interceptions, and Gauthier scored on a four-yard touchdown with 10:48 left in the second quarter to make it 22-0.
The highlight of the half was a 29-yard touchdown pass from Bink to Danny VanEffen with 2:34 left in the quarter. Riley Stenfors' extra point made it a 29-0 game.
In the third quarter, Dalton Deneau scored from six yards out, setting the clock in motion on the mercy rule.

Gauthier scored two more touchdowns on runs of two and six yards, and Devin Cogleton came off the bench for a 28 yard TD to make it a 55-0 final.
Escanaba had 335 yards in offense.
Bink had 61 yards on 12 carries, Viau had 55 yards on four touches, and Gauthier had 24 yards on five carries. Bink went 4-for-6 for 74 yards and one touchdown through the air.
Gladstone had numerous negative plays in the game, with bad snaps, quarterback sacks, and other plays sending the boys in the wrong direction.
The JV Braves had just two first downs in the game, and one of those was on an Escanaba penalty.
