EBEN---The Bark River-Harris High School Baseball team swept a doubleheader from the Alger County Athletics, 5-0 and 14-8, Tuesday in Eben Junction.
In the opener, Drake Draze threw a shutout, striking out 13 batters. Logan Heim led the offense with a two-run double. In the nightcap, Mason Korhonen was the winning pitcher with eleven strikeouts. Kadin Mustafa and Sam Hall both had three base hits.
The Broncos (5-1) travel to Escanaba for a game against the Eskymos on Friday. That game between BR-H and Escanaba will start at 4:00 at Al Ness Field and will be br0adcast live on WCHT-AM (600) and on-line at www.rrnsports.com.
