Gladstone's Clay Cole Named To D3 All-State Team
EAST LANSING---Gladstone High School senior Clay Cole has been named to the Division Three All-State First Team by the Michigan High School Baseball Coaches Association. Cole was selected as an outfielder, and he was also the ace of the Braves pitching staff. He batted .467 this season, scoring 31 runs in the lead-off position. He was also 4-1 on the mound with a 2.07 ERA. WILSON NAMED ALL-STATE: Norway High School senior center fielder/pitcher Micah Wilson was named to the Division Four All-State First Team. Wilson was selected despite his team being knocked out of the playoffs in the districts. Rudyard High School senior pitcher Jack Burton was named to the D-4 Second Team. Congratulations! |
